A Bit About Ben
Majority Money: Do you have a favorite blog?
Ben: My current favorite blog is SCOTUSBlog. During session, it’s the quickest way to find out how the Supreme Court ruled and why.
MM: What was your best moment on the campaign trail?
Ben: My best moment on the campaign trail was moving signs closer to the polling places the night before the 2008 elections as my dad ran for office. It was a family bonding experience.
MM: What’s the toughest lesson you learned?
Ben: If you want a friend in D.C., get a dog.
MM: What’s one app you can’t live without?
Ben: Twitter, because it’s where I gather news and info.
MM: What are your favorite eats from your home state?
Ben: BBQ, both western and eastern North Carolina-style. Western is tomato-based, while eastern is vinegar. Also, Cookout, which is a great place for burgers.

Ben: I wouldn’t call it weird, but I am a history nerd. I do volunteer marketing for the board of a museum based in Alexandria, Virginia.
MM: Why Majority Money?
Ben: The clients and the atmosphere had a good reputation. Additionally, I was ready to move back into politics.
MM: What’s your favorite thing about where you live?

MM: What’s on top of your bucket list?
